How long will it take to receive my order?
Our doormats are made to order. Typically, it takes 2-5 business days to process your order and an additional 5-7 business days for shipping. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Can I customize my doormat?
Yes! We offer a variety of customizable options. You can add your own text, choose colors, and select from different designs to create a doormat that’s uniquely yours.

What is your return policy?
Since our doormats are made to order, we do not accept returns unless the item is defective or damaged. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will resolve the issue promptly.

How do I care for my doormat?
To keep your doormat looking fresh, shake or vacuum it regularly to remove dirt and debris. For deeper cleaning, spot clean with mild soap and water. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and heavy rain to extend the life of your doormat.

Do you offer international shipping?
Our Print Providers are able to ship to most countries, except for North Korea, Russia, Belarus, and Ukraine.

What currency are the prices I see on the site?
All prices are in USD.

Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent please use our easy return system to get a full refund.

I have entered an incorrect address. What do I do now?
If you have miss-spelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double-check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at info.seasonsee.com. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary as we ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location. The average shipping time is 5-7 business days. Longer times if shipped from other than the US.
